I was actually thinking what in 2016 I am most proud of.. and realised that it is an acquired skill to cycle no-handed (on a normal bicycle).
The thing is that I had always believed that as I get older it becomes harder to develop such a physical skill due to my static way of living. As I was scared to death trying to cycle no-handed when I was a kid, I though there is no way how I can accomplish the task now.. However, I can finally confess that I was totally wrong -- see me on the streets of Cambridge! :) Cycling no-handed isn't just for show-offs — it’s a genuinely useful cycling skill! Here is a nice article on other exercises that may help you to master cycling skills.
